I led retail analytics AI business integration and associated data strategy in an Agile framework at the Chief Data and Analytics Office, communicating recommendations and tradeoffs for delivery and continuous validation of benefits in the area of digital connectivity.

With a strategic goal of being 3-4x faster at half the cost to patients and enabling innovation during the COVID-19 pandemic, quality operations had to define new ways of working. We needed to ensure an inclusive transformation that wasn't limited to productivity but also had a significant human and cognitive dividend.

We industrialized analytics tooling and multiplatform orchestration strategies that leveraged Alteryx, Tableau, Dataiku, UiPath, Alation, Veeva, Google Dialogflow, Copilot, and process mining capabilities with a leadership matrix. We also anchored on best practices and design review processes.

Carbon and emissions can be attributed to an enterprise's manufacturing, fleet, supply chain, and real estate footprint. To be more efficient in enabling Industry 4.0 and connecting operations with smart infrastructure, Ford Land needed to identify and continuously measure a baseline of its footprint.
