A total of seven different workstreams and multiple stakeholders were involved. I consulted and orchestrated numerous workstreams for UNICC/UNFCCC, including engineering buildout, data analytics, cybersecurity, journey maps, app rollout and support, and program communication across multi-level stakeholders inside and outside the UN.

I delivered a suite of AI-powered mobile applications to issue virtual badges for all participants by capturing attendee face biometrics against their official ID photos. Built a dedicated support team for ID verification.
Developed a reusable service to provision virtual meetings from UNFCCC booking systems to approved third-party conference platforms. Developed and managed interactive dashboards, reports, and feedback tools.
