NFT Marketplace for an AI 3D Animation Startup

I stepped into a two-month project as part of a last-minute intervention to bring the NFT marketplace back on track for an AI 3D animation startup. They had raised an $11m seed round months earlier and were behind on building the NFT marketplace. When I stepped in, they had not yet even started discovery. I served as the sole product manager and interim head of product and led the team from zero to one to launch an MVP of the marketplace within two months, including a fast follow iteration.
