Built a complete suite of tools to manage the delivery wing of the eCommerce company, a hub management system, and an app for delivery personnel with live tracking and route scheduling. Scaled up to 50,000+ pickups and 100,000+ deliveries in a month.

• The need for building own logistics is the reduction of cost, better services, and being the innovator in the traditional logistics setup.
My involvement was to design the roadmap, phase-wise development plan, and manage adoption. I mapped the processes required to run the delivery organization. Expanded on the list of features required to manage the processes. Created a list of modules and individual products where these features will fit in. Prioritized the list of features to phases for development. Worked with the UX designers and prospective users to come up with mockups. Ran experiments with the prototypes to validate and improve usability. Created user requirements for the features to be built. Worked with developers to build the features. Worked with product managers from other verticals to identify integration points and prioritize their specific products. Defined KPIs to track the success of the product once launched. Launched the product and trained the users.
