Wipro | Kellogg's Digital Transformation

Conducted market research, defined product strategy, gathered requirements, and prioritized features for operational systems development.

Kellogg's was undergoing a lean digital transformation of some of its business units to improve operational efficiency through the digital transformation of its end user websites and automation of its business processes for faster and easier customer experience and feedback. I collaborated with the development team to guide product implementation and executed voice of customer initiatives.

Amazon-like eCommerce Website

Led two Agile teams to launch a B2C Amazon-like eCommerce website. Monitored product performance, gathered user feedback to enhance functionality and user experience, and partnered with software development teams to establish the product roadmap.

Pivoting from a B2B to a B2C go-to-market strategy, I led this project from ideation to execution to deliver an eCommerce website for its B2C clients for soon-to-be discontinued products. We successfully launched the MVP, generating revenue for the company.

We created a time-tracking application for hourly employees, enabling management to customize daily work, update work schedules, and manage and approve timesheets. The application also included analytics, providing insights into the time and effort required to complete tasks. All these modules were manual efforts up until this project.
