- Contracted as a business analyst to determine the scope and develop a roadmap for migrating the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador (GNL) Student Aid program from a 30+ year old mainframe platform into a new cloud-based one.

- Developed high-fidelity wireframes/design for the new student portal and internal ops portal that accommodated as much transfer of StudentAidNL's existing green screen workflows into a new web portal.
