Managed the team in creating a target operating model from inception to delivery, establishing a new product and business line in the tech finance space. It covered people, technology, strategy, risk and regulatory compliance, organization structure, processes, partners and alliances, governance, service delivery, and performance management.

The company was up and running within nine months and reached a break-even point after the 3rd year.

FaaS Transformation for a Technology Firm

Led the transformation of a technology firm within a group of companies from cost-centricity to profit-centricity by implementing a function-as-a-service (FaaS) model.

The project charter was to turn a cost-center operating information technology firm into a profit center. To achieve this objective, we transformed the company's operating model.

• Set up a technology business services catalog with a proper costing structure.
• Designed and delivered an ordering and delivery system.
• Conducted training to reorient the technology staff, rewiring perception and imbibing excellent customer service pursuit attitude.

Using the Blue Prism framework and technology, we undertook several full-stack RPA projects for a major client in two phases.

First, after a thorough Lean Six Sigma exercise, we identified several processes as process improvement project candidates for the client. RPA was recommended as the methodology to achieve the set objectives.

Second, we undertook RPA projects to identify the processes. Following elicitation and documentation, we analyzed the process models, enabling us to identify where process gains could be recorded. RPA solutions were then successfully designed and implemented for these processes.
