• Rewrote the platform and reduced 90% of outages. Improved SMPP and API integration.
• Built and managed partnerships with strategic VAR in Fortune 100 tech companies like Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, Google, and Amazon.
Sales Operation Forecasting
Led the project to change how the company ran sales forecasting and achieved over 90% forecasting accuracy with impacts on revenue assurance and cost deployment.
