Gift Card Loyalty Program

Improved net promoter score (NPS) while lowering annual overhead by more than $10 million.

As the lead product manager, I delivered Verizon Up gift card redemption, a new loyalty program. Customer feedback instigated this project, which ultimately allowed us to increase selection, improve user flow, decrease customer complaints, and lower the overhead budget compared to the previous solution.

I collaborated with our research, legal, security, marketing, and development teams to ensure on-time delivery that met compliance, customer, and Verizon team requirements.

Fintech API Migration

Managed a team to deliver a large-scale API migration project for a large fintech company.

I generated roadmaps, created development and testing procedures, used performance analytics to evaluate product and team performance, and worked with leadership teams to support over one billion annual transactions for nearly 600 clients. I also maintained over 300 APIs while migrating from SOAP to REST architecture across five banking cores.

International eCommerce Expansion

Launched localized eCommerce websites throughout Southeast Asia, generating immediate new revenue.
