Investing in an internal A/B testing platform was a strategical bet to empower the teams to improve the product development with data, but the initial solution stagnated.

When I joined the team, I conducted thorough market research, gathered feedback from teams across 10+ marketplaces and worked closely with the executive team to define a strategy for the product. I led the engineering and design team that converted the solution to a self-serve platform that scaled from one marketplace to five, powering five times more A/B tests per quarter.

I also recruited a cross-functional team to build the self-serve platform and created a culture that motivated and empowered the team.

Accelerated the growth of a B2B2C notification component with a clear product vision and go-to-market strategy, increasing acquisition by more than 100% within one year.

Notifications are a powerful tool to increase user engagement. However, if not used properly, they can cause more harm than good to the business.

As the product manager for a B2B2C notification component, I oversaw crafting a product vision and strategy that allowed two-sided marketplaces to send valuable notifications to the right user at the right time. I led the engineering team in delivering the right features to empower the marketplaces to boost their users' engagement and transaction success. These actions resulted in more than a 100% increase in the adoption of the component within one year. The number of notifications sent via the platform soared ten times more without negatively impacting the open rates and daily active users.

I oversaw intensive user research into the impact of notifications on users, which converted the team into domain experts acting as consultants for the clients.
