StrategyManager Product for Investment Banks

Successfully designed and launched an innovative product for investment banks to monitor their own performance.

As part of a massive team effort with three other product managers, we successfully created a new innovative analytical tool for investment banks. StrategyManager allowed investment banks' top management to monitor their competitors' worldwide activity in the IB arena, estimate their revenues, and analyze both across areas, industries, geographies, and many other data points. The challenge was not only to design the product itself but also to integrate data coming from four different products covering equities, debt, and mergers and acquisitions into one. The product allowed investment banks to tailor their analysis and introduce their private data for a more reliable and comprehensive analysis.

Creation and Launch of the M&A Analytics Product

Rolled two products into one to create a global M&A analytical product for investment bankers.

Merged two legacy products—one serving the US and the other the rest of the world—into one. The product offers worldwide online analytical tools in the M&A area. I worked closely with global investment banks, ensuring the new system allowed bankers to create personal searches and reports that could be saved and automatically delivered weekly or monthly. It also provides access to the original transaction documentation when available.
