Project History

  • Strategy Manager Product for Investment Banks
    Successfully design and launch an innovative product for investment banks to monitor their own performance.

    As part of a huge team effort with three other product managers, we successfully created a new innovative analytical tool for investment banks. The Strategy Manager product allowed investment banks' top management not only to monitor their competitors' worldwide activity in the IB arena but also estimate their revenues and analyze both across areas, industries, geographies, and many more data points. The challenge was not only to design the product itself but also to integrate data coming from four different products covering equities, debt, and mergers and acquisitions into one. The product allowed investment banks to tailor their analysis as well as introduce their own private data for a complete more reliable analysis.

  • Creation and Launch of M&A Analytics Product
    Responsible for rolling two products into one to create a global M&A analytical product for investment bankers.

    Merged two legacy products (one serving the US, the other the rest of the world) into one offering online worldwide analytical tools in the M&A area. Worked closely with global investment banks, the new online system provided bankers with the ability to create personal searches and reports that could be saved and even automatized to be delivered weekly or monthly, as well as to access original transaction documentation when available.
