Environmental Health and Safety Software

The software is web-based and configurable and includes data entry, a mobile application, dashboards, and reporting features. As a product manager, I worked with multiple teams, including technical, sales and marketing, and customer success, to design, test, launch, and improve the product.
The product has been successfully used by hundreds of organizations allowing them to improve the safety of their stakeholders and achieve regulatory compliance.
Learning Management Software and Training Tracking Integration
Led the design and business requirements to connect key learning management software with environmental health and safety software.
Inspection Mobile App
Led the design and product launch of a mobile inspection application.
As product manager for this product, I collaborated and developed with team members the design, business, and functional requirements for this project, including design and branding specifications, UX and UI wireframes, and launch and implementation plans.
Safety Data Sheet Software Launch
Led the product marketing, product integration, and sales training to launch an existing product to an additional business unit. Increased product sales for SDS software for the commercial business unit by over 100%.
Launched effort to enable sales of the SDS software to commercial businesses, including updating Salesforce CPQ codes, creating product marketing and sales training materials, delivering sales training, and designing a product interface between the SDS products and Vector's EHS software.
The efforts resulted in a significant increase in SDS sales for the commercial business units.
Digital Divide Data Model Product Offering

For example, a lack of broadband availability may require cable installation, while issues of affordability and literacy will require a different approach. Several disparate data sets are collected on a national level that attempts to tackle the digital divide issue, and each state or local government may have additional data available.
In addition, data privacy and data security concerns are paramount in protecting individual-level data. Working with the team at Civis Analytics, we created a framework to gather, scrub, and analyze a wide variety of data sets and to create data models that will allow cities and states to determine which communities and which strategies would provide the most effective solutions to bridge the digital divide.
EHS Dashboard Reporting and Analytics

As the product manager, I worked with the development and customer success teams and customers to create and refine the list of pre-set indicators, including UI/UX components, indicator definitions and calculations, data sources, data validation, and more. The dashboards are developed with a third-party BI tool. I also worked with the product marketing team to develop customer marketing materials describing the indicators and their benefits.
