The project aims to enhance the fulfillment of online orders through offline stores, integrating online-to-offline (O2O) business processes. This initiative is critical for improving product availability, reducing inventory costs, and accelerating inventory turnover.

Inventory Accuracy | Connect Inventory from CN to CA for Sales

Enhanced operations through handover procedures, reducing post-deployment issues. Improved collaboration and efficiency across cross-functional teams. Ensure deployment to achieve alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

The project focuses on optimizing inventory transaction processes, including both physical (DC-to-DC/DC-to-store transfers) and virtual (book transfers) transactions. Physical transfers involve workflows between OMS, Omni, WMS, RMS, and iD Cloud. Omni Fulfillment currently manages two types of inventory reservations: one for eCommerce and retail physical transfer orders at the VDC level, synchronized with the RMS system for hard reservations, and another for Tmall, JD, TikTok, and corporate sales, handling soft reservations for eCommerce inventory needs. Lululemon aimed to improve inventory accuracy by integrating inventory systems between China (CN) and Canada (CA) to support cross-region sales. The project required close collaboration with global teams, process standardization, resolution of complex technical challenges, and alignment of business and technical requirements for successful implementation.

Legal Hub for Contract Management (CRM)

Delivered core functionalities, including contract management, template management, document stamping, seal management, and 3rd-party integration.

The project aimed to consolidate routine legal operations into a centralized platform, providing comprehensive legal services. The platform included features such as Contract Lifecycle Management (from creation to archival), standardized document stamping processes, and online seal management. Phase 1 of the project delivered core functionalities, including contract management, template management, document stamping, seal management, and third-party integration. Phase 2 was planned to introduce legal consultation services, aiming to improve contract compliance, reduce manual work, and enhance the efficiency and satisfaction of the legal team.

Database Bastion System

Additionally, ECP maintains global search product data and employs fuzzy search to retrieve desired order information efficiently.

Connect Me | New HR and Finance Application System

Guided business users through digital transformation with an MVP product release and oversaw end-to-end business operations in the new system.

I replaced Gaiawork, Yonyou, and the contracts management system with a new "connect me" system based on the Salesforce platform and integrated Salesforce billing with CPQ (configure, price, quote) for general invoices based on order data. This enables businesses to configure product offerings, generate pricing, and create professional quotes quickly and efficiently. It includes more features for product configuration with category, product code, and field settings, editing quotes with different types of bundles, customizing quote templates, quote terms, and general and approval billing invoice generation.

The system has over 300 internal employees and over 2,300 external contractors.

MercerGOLDplus for HR & Benefit & Finance System

Provided critical insights and input to ensure the product satisfies market demands, aligns with business goals, and drives success, as evidenced by a 98% positive user experience, 10% cost savings, and an 8% revenue increase.

MercerGOLD+ is a self-developed web-based application that includes HR, benefits, and finance. The system streamlines HR processes to facilitate a smooth recruitment workflow, from job postings to candidate screening and selection. It promotes a continuous learning culture by providing access to extensive training resources and courses and employee benefits through efficient management of insurance policies, such as retirement, healthcare, death or accident, flexible benefits, and life and disability coverage. MetriX

Customers can select annuity insurance rates from various insurance companies, with tools available to help them compare prices and benefits through detailed reports. The application also provides a solution for making informed choices and allows employees to utilize points to purchase products within the system.

BencalX is a dedicated pension calculation system tailored to meet the US pension conditions. It is designed to aid actuaries in accurately calculating the pension valuations of employees, whether retired or terminated.
