Hypertension Pilot for Hoag Compass

Spearheaded all hypertension pilot activities end to end, including ideation, service design, clinician coordination, participant recruitment, data analysis, and synthesis of findings.

Hoag Compass is a digital solution that delivers holistic, virtual care, allowing patients better access to their care teams and improved health outcomes. When Hoag Compass' strategy was looking to expand its application to chronic conditions in addition to primary care, I led a clinical pilot to validate whether patients would be interested in such a program and if it would improve their ability to adhere to a treatment plan.

I headed an interdisciplinary team working on creating the service design for a digital, data-driven solution to improve hypertension patients' outcomes without medication that would be effective and easy to follow. We created a program structure allowing patients to easily track their behaviors and measurements of blood pressure with weekly clinician check-ins.

The solution had a 100% completion rate, 80% adherence rate, and 25% of participants achieved a 10-point blood pressure drop, usually achieved with medication.

An effective program like this helps save lives and prevents hospitalizations and re-hospitalizations. This also increases hypertension-specific incentives as well as overall customer loan-to-value (LTV) ratios. The TAM in the region is estimated at $35 million yearly.

Headed the development of MFour's first data product allowing market researchers to make business and product decisions based on actual consumer behavioral data.

MFour is the first leading mobile panel in the market research industry. This gives them a unique edge in understanding consumers based on their behaviors and not just recall.

Using Lean practices and partnerships, I led the product development and execution of MFour's flagship data product and delivered it three months earlier than expected. We needed to get to market and get feedback quickly because this was an entirely new concept to clients. Historically, all market research was conducted by surveys or internal data points, i.e., limited journeys. To help clients see the value, I gave client demos and conducted client workshops to see an increase in engagement. Within the first year, over $300 thousand in contracts was signed. This was a huge step in adding new revenue streams to the company and empowering clients to make more effective, data-driven decisions.

Zonda for Home Developers | Consumer Traffic During COVID-19

Launched an automated reporting product within Zonda during COVID-19 and within a few months of starting at Meyers. It resulted in client retention worth around $2 million in revenue.

When COVID-19 hit, understanding consumer traffic was more critical than ever. Having only started in February 2020, I stepped into action to lead a cross-functional team to create an automated report with real-time insights into consumer traffic trends. Using best product practices and Lean development, we delivered the MVP in three months.

I partnered closely with the sales team to ensure effective client outreach. We were pleasantly surprised to see 12% more adoption than we initially expected pre-COVID-19. This additional data gave builders the confidence they needed to navigate the uncertain terrain during the first months of the pandemic, consequently leading to them keeping contracts worth around $2 million in ARR that they had previously considered terminating.
