Project History

Migrate Existing Database to New Custom-built CRM Platform

Led product design, client communication, and a migration plan for over five million customers while the program was live.

Took over after a successful pitch to transform an idea into a platform. Created a CRM platform that could house data from multiple brand lines in a single CRM system, managing tough regulatory standards along with personalized communications. Gained the respect and approval of brand managers within my client's team to transition their customers onto a new platform. Ensured that the transition didn't interrupt marketing efforts (websites, emails, call centers, or offers). Built out client-facing reports, increased technical capabilities and performance through integrated websites, emails, and advertising campaigns. Ensured the product could run smoothly and that troubleshooting could be handled in an efficient manner by putting into place an operational control center where all processes could be monitored and investigated.

Marketing Automation RFP Process

Led requirements gathering and approval process across a large organization. Vetted vendors, and created scorecards.

Worked across six business lines, and established and ranked requirements. Created a vision for a future marketing environment and then worked with the organizations' technology and security teams to understand their requirements prior to creating the RFP. Led the RFP evaluation and on-site demonstration sessions. Built out comprehensive scorecards that each attendee used to rank the vendors against their needs and that of the organization. Compiled the information and presented back recommendations based on the strengths of vendors and the needs of the organization. Helped both the winning vendor, and the client get up and running once the deal was signed through a solid project kick-off process, and on-boarding sessions.

Vendor Consolidation Project

Created and implemented a client-vendor consolidation project that improved processes and saved over three million annually.

Reviewing clients' existing operations, I identified a way to streamline how they were interacting with their vendors across multiple channels, and built out a set of standards to consolidate their processes and file formats. Additionally, I improved error control and reporting on daily and real-time data transfers to ensure accuracy. Once these improvements were in place, the client was able to work with their procurement team to shop their needs to other vendors and touted the robust infrastructure they had, further improving their cost savings as they were able to consolidate the number of vendors they used.
