Researched the market to understand the space, developed a hypothesis on customer needs, validated the hypothesis with the customer and expert interviews, iterated on the business plan, secured funding, and launched the business.

Agile Transformation

Co-led organizational transformation from Waterfall to Agile.

Along with my engineering partner, I co-led the organizational transformation from Waterfall to an Agile/Scrum product delivery framework. Teams included over 30 engineers more than ten product folks and touched the entire organization and customer base.

Front-end Redesign of Flagship Product

Led the front-end redesign project of the entire client-facing product.

Led the product redesign effort for our investment advice platform. The flagship product had been neglected in favor of newer initiatives while the core product was under-funded (while still generating 90% of company revenue). Leadership made the redesign the corporate priority. We pulled all the engineering, product, and design teams into the project. We completely redesigned the front end, worked extensively with partners for compliance approval, and launched the redesign on time. I managed the teams, the vision, the partner conversations, and media communications.
