Sky.Flow is a cloud, on-premise platform (www.sky-flow.net) that includes solutions for accounts payables, ordering, custom process management, and digitalization.
I hosted it on Amazon AWS and integrated it with several AWS services. I also drove the pilot implementation of blockchain for invoice processing and developed a mobile application in Flutter. Owning the complete product management, I created the product roadmap, business case, architecture, resource planning, and marketing and sales. Besides, I handled regular LinkedIn publications on the product and led two conference sessions on AWS Innovation Days.

I owned the complete delivery of an accounts payable system based on the Alfresco DMS platform. My responsibilities included analyzing the organization's needs and requirements, leading user interviews,
writing user requirements, architecting the system, and modeling the business process and the training user.
This DMS system was implemented in companies in Croatia (Dukat, LALOG, KIM, and BPAC), Macedonia (Ideal Šipka, Lactalis MK, and Lactalis MK Logistika), Bosnia and Hercegovina (Lactalis BH and Inmer), Serbia (Somboled), Kosovo (Lactalis Prishtine), and Hungary.

I acted as a sales and project manager in the digitalization of the payroll archives, leading a team of six people. My responsibilities included contracting and hiring, workflow organization, specialized application development for indexing, and delivery. I developed a labeling management application for the core business product's support line support that consisted of a Windows client communicating with the production line and production printers over a serial protocol.

I led the feasibility study on torrent usage and mitigation business case for the company. I also developed a torrent tracking software for monitoring the usage of authors' works in torrent networks that included a Windows-based client and server software backed by MongoDB. Besides developing the software, I prepared its analysis, legal procedures, and marketing strategies to implement it in other countries while creating internal reports on distribution in various countries. Finally, I held presentations and meetings with the board.

I was hired as a training expert for this EU-funded TA project on harmonization and publication of case law (EuropeAid/125865/D/SER/HR) to provide IT training needs analysis, a training strategy, and the delivery of the training for all high courts in Croatia.
I was rated the best trainer by the trainees while creating IT training presentations, user materials, and questionnaires. I also executed some development tasks for Documentum and led a group of supreme court judges and judicial advisors on a study trip to Strasbourg and Luxembourg. Later on, the beneficiary/ministry contracted additional consulting for all other aspects of the system.

I led a team of five in implementing applications based on an EMC2 Documentum system.
I acted as the project manager for all implementations, including the project for risk-based products for corporate banking, which was advertised as a success story by EMC later on. Being recommended by the client's board for this work, I developed the application for archiving clients' signatures based on EMC2 Documentum and ECM2 Webtop while holding 'train-the-trainers' education in the bank. I also built new proposals for the system architecture, applications, and services.

Led the team that extends the current Sky.Flow BPM/DMS system with a basic workflow based on a series of checklist items. Items are integrated with an IoT functionality for external item completion by an IoT device, an RPA functionality for the automating process, and an AI-based functionality for enabling expert system function base capabilities. The system is still a work in progress.

I led the crowdfunding campaign, marketing on social networks, and direct marketing for the project. I worked with designers on the creation of graphical elements, presentations, and YouTube videos. I wrote the project proposal, core architecture, product roadmap, go-to-market plan, and proposal for investors.

Primus.LEX was an online document and process management system for law firms. It featured case management, document management, scheduling, calendar, reporting, notifications, and other functions related to handling cases.

It's a cloud-based solution hosted on Amazon AWS and it enabled users to access documents anytime from anywhere, schedule meetings and hearings among participants in a firm, send notifications and warnings, and other features.

I was one of the founders of the company and took over product management along with the management of the development team. My role also included creating product and marketing strategies, financing, and sales.
