Project History

Streaming Service for Theaters

Led the design and development of eSzínház (eTheater), a streaming platform for theaters streaming over 300 plays for over two million viewers from 15 theaters.

eSzínház is the leading streaming platform in Hungary for theaters. The project came to life right when COVID-19 stated, essentially saving the life and livelihood of theaters and providing quality entertainment for theater-goers.

Providing both on-demand and live streams, eSzínház's peak performance was a live stream with 12,000 concurrent visitors.

Lifemax Elderly Care

Led a team and designed a caretaker software, which worked together with its IoT device to help hundreds of elders feel safe.

Lifemax is a service offered by the Baptist Church for elders who need caretaking.

A physical IoT device is with the customer, monitoring their movements, tracking falls, and other alarming situations.

The dispatcher center receives the signal from the device and starts the relevant caretaking protocol, notifying doctors, nurses, and relatives.

My team managed the software side, creating a high-availability solution that dispatchers could use easily.

Since its launch, Lifemax has saved countless lives and is being developed ever since.

Downtime Manager for Dungeons & Dragons Players

Led the design and took part in the development of Downtime Manager, a companion application for Dungeons & Dragons players who'd like to spend the time between gaming sessions in a meaningful way.

Downtime Manager is an iOS and Android app created in Unity that helps thousands of players to remain in touch when the gaming session ends.

With a complex cooperative flow, game masters and players can keep on playing until the next date is set, and they can stay with their characters all the time.

I led the development team and contributed to some of the code by devising the monetization strategy and orchestrating the go-to-market efforts of the app.

Since its launch, it has served more than 12,000 players.

Narborion Saga

Led Narborion Saga's design and development. It's a narrative-style roleplaying video game serving hundreds of thousands of players.

Narborion Saga is a choose-your-own-adventure type of gamebook mixed with rogue-like elements.

Available on PC and mobile, it has served hundreds of thousands of players since its launch. Having received two sequels, it's a successful representation of its genre.

I led the game design, scripting, and development, headed the product's launch, and created its financial reporting system.

An Edtech Solution to Teach Autistic Kids to Code

https://www.spectry.org

Led the development of an edtech platform that teaches autistic kids to code while improving their social skills.

Spectry is an online gamified edtech platform created using Unity and Blockly.

Spectry is currently being launched by Skool—an institution helping young girls and disadvantaged communities get connected into the world of software development.

LiveRobe Conscious Fashion Resale Platform

Led the development of LiveRobe, a marketplace to support circular fashion.

I supported the entire resale logistics, from shipment and photos to listing and sales.

LiveRobe is a marketplace for mid-luxury brands and influencers. I helped the startup from the beginning with product management, consulting, fundraising, and business model creation.
