Implemented a new product to reduce the cost of post-purchase support by providing the customer with the right information at the right time, eliminating the need to communicate with customer support.

The product allows customers who bought a flight or hotel to view the complete details of their trip, including critical information needed to take further action such as cancellation or modifications or to notify the customer of important changes that need attention. This is available on desktop and mobile, being 100% responsive and having a direct implementation on the native app.

The result of this was a more clear information stream to the customer, which led to a reduction in customer calls and complaints. This reduced the overall costs of operations for customer support and call centers.

Electronic Government for Argentina

Led a team of ten developers and functional analysts to launch and develop five products that had a direct impact on citizen welfare and government efficiency in the national government of Argentina.

Team lead of an important eGovernment digital transformation project for the Ministry of Modernization of the Republic of Argentina. My main goal was to lead a team of ten developers and analysts in building and maintaining the following applications and services:

1. Real-estate Property Registry (RPI)
2. Social Assistance and Transfer Management (GAT)
3. Comprehensive Recipient Registry (RID)
4. Unique ID of the Boy, Girl, and Adolescent (LUNNA)
5. Data Analysis Service

As the team leader, my role was to guide the team using Scrum and Kanban in implementing the correct strategy for delivering the requirements on time and prioritizing the roadmap with the Ministry of Modernization. This was challenging as, at the moment, Argentina was going through a political change, and these applications are essential to the government's vision.

Utilities Gas Station Nationwide Modernization

Led the proof-of-concept (POC) analysis, implementation, and results of a new product for a gas station that would be used in the implementation of gas stations in Europe and Latin America.

Spearheaded the project implementation for innovation and technological modernization of service stations owned and affiliated to Repsol (dealer) in Peru:

• Management indicators of a proof-of-concept in the main service stations owned by Repsol.
• Process mapping for service stations mining operations and credit customers.
• Functional analysis of all service station processes and proposed improvements with top innovative technology making IT a competitive advantage.
• Strong communicating skills needed to work with the local team and off-shore teams in Colombia and Spain.
• Cost and work estimation based on client expectation, budget, and work analysis.

This project was later used to sell the product to different companies in Europe and Latin America.
