This project was built upon multiple AI technologies like RAG, vector databases, semantic routing, and different ways to optimize costs and answer quality by leveraging the best large language models (LLMs) for each need.

It creates embeddings of all documents in the company Confluence database daily and stores the information in a vector database, which is used to answer questions about the company, processes, software documentation, etc..

The pandemic forced schools to transition to remote education, highlighting the need for virtual classrooms, online tests, digital textbooks, and a platform capable of organizing and enabling schools to run their academic year successfully.

I served as the primary product manager and oversaw the platform's creation. It was a fast-paced project that required strong stakeholder management, rapid feedback cycles, and user research to ensure timely delivery without disrupting the school year.

The back office was a critical internal product led by my team. We initiated this project by identifying an opportunity to reduce errors in student management processes. These routines were previously handled through spreadsheets and manual inputs, needing more data validation and being highly error-prone.
