AI Knowledge Base Assistant

Collaborated with architects and engineering directors to develop an AI-powered Slack chatbot that speeds up access to information in the very extensive documentation structure of the whole company.

This project was built upon multiple AI technologies like RAG, vector databases, semantic routing, and different ways to optimize costs and answer quality by leveraging the best large language models (LLMs) for each need.

It creates embeddings of all documents in the company Confluence database daily and stores the information in a vector database, which is used to answer questions about the company, processes, software documentation, etc..

The pandemic forced schools to transition to remote education, highlighting the need for virtual classrooms, online tests, digital textbooks, and a platform capable of organizing and enabling schools to run their academic year successfully.
