Card payment gateways and APM services are commonplace in various countries. Yet, a large enterprise looking to launch into multiple countries with their B2B clients while integrating with their internal ERP and marketing systems is not served as these requirements are too broad and specific. In this role, I led the project to build a new orchestration platform across multiple countries, gateways, payment methods, and back-end integrations, all tailored to meet the client's specific requirements. A very active role that dealt with multiple stakeholders globally and one that cut across Agile methodologies quite extensively.

Neobanks have evolved banking but not disrupted it—most of them encode traditional banking in the digital medium. I developed a new strategy based on leveraging the social dimension, e.g., shared accounts and activities that make banking social and expand its capabilities to better represent how people live their lives and interact with their finances.

Securitization of assets is usually only available above a minimum value. The startup that I was working with had been using a token marketplace to drop the transaction costs of primary and secondary trading. They were open to the idea of securitization of smaller illiquid assets for small businesses and individuals.

The law firm, Browne Jacobson, did not initially have a presence in the London fintech/startup scene. I advised them on how to go about creating a custom proposition for startups, along with properly marketing it to their audience. They have now established themselves as the go-to firm for fintechs taking on over 100 new startup clients in the last four years.
