In this project, we aimed to strengthen Elsevier's leading position in China by spearheading strategic product development from zero to launch. Through an established high‐performing product management team, we led the collaboration with other local segment directors, such as partnerships, content groups, marketing, sales, and finance. Together we identified new and optimal sales and marketing channels and how to best support delivery, working closely with design partners and customers.

Co‐developed a data management-enabled medical AI business by leveraging an existing company portfolio and market position with localized solutions for the China market. Established the first Sino-Finland Medical AI Innovation and Research Center in Chengdu, China. Here we developed and educated the local market about adopting medical data management and utilizing AI.
