Sunfood is a major health food eCommerce website. Principals needed a plan for cutting platform costs and creating better UX and conversion rates.
After an initial analysis, a plan was formulated to migrate the platform to Shopify and create a fresh UX. The additional evaluation process of third-party development resources was performed with requisite ratings and recommendations.

Designed the onboarding, payments, and marketplace portions of a new product.

Tickeron is a new investment SaaS platform that needed some initial designs and direction for key portions of the product. Key deliverables included two product requirements documents, the design and integration of a payment system, and designs for other valued parts of the product, such as onboarding and marketplace.

Middle Eastern Catering Mobile Marketplace

Led a team of global talent to design and develop a set of mobile apps for a Saudi-based foodtech company.

Diyafti is a foodtech catering delivery and logistics startup based in Saudi Arabia. The challenges included payment gateways, the majority of which do not support an international currency marketplace; cultural, language, and currency localization; and design and development of vendor, client, and driver web and mobile applications.

International Ticketing Platform Mobile App

Designed a brand new mobile experience for a hybrid multi-platform mobile application in support of a successful global ticketing platform.

Zoonga is a successful international ticketing platform, serving global events in multiple categories. The mobile applications were sorely lacking and outdated, and the project called for creating a modern mobile experience with minimal expenditures. Deliverables included clickable prototypes of a new, fresh mobile experience with integrated discovery, payments, and a fan marketplace.

ERP Custom Integration and Development for a Global eCommerce Brand

Rolled out and led the custom development of the Odoo ERP system, as well as the eCommerce platform for a global brand.

Boundery is a subsidiary of Jamiak, a California-based eCommerce company focused on several key customer types and verticals. The deliverables included custom Odoo ERP rollouts, integrations, and developments in support of global logistics challenges. Logistics included procurement and manufacturing, product development, multiwarehouse storage, global delivery and cost optimizations, and extensive inventory management.
