Project History

  • Automated Intelligence for CPG Sales
Led a team in the creation of a purpose built progressive web app that provided timely sales opportunities to CPG field sales reps.

Field sales representatives at CPG companies are overwhelmed with the number of accounts they have to manage. We helped alleviate the time spent on account analysis that they had to do before a sales call by enriching sales data and using NLP to tell field sales representatives how their accounts are performing and the key sales opportunities.

  • Automated Scheduling for Pop-up Restaurants
Used extensive user research to create a product strategy and roadmap for an AI-powered app that scheduled pop up restaurants at locations, saving 40 hours every month per market with a potential of multi-six digit savings in annual subscription fees

The company was looking for a scheduling tool that would be able to rotate local restaurants across different pop-up locations on a weekly basis. After piloting a physician scheduling tool, the company realized they needed to explore other options.

The company’s business model was new, and existing scheduling software did not capture the nuances of the business. It required a lot of manually created rules which inhibited scaling across more cities, as it took around 40 hours a month to manage the schedules for a single city, let alone a country.

Scheduling was optimized based on past sales, drive time, and demographic preferences required manual configurations and constant upkeep. Pricing scaled linearly with the number of restaurant partners and would be extremely expensive as the company accelerated the growth of restaurant partners across the United States.

An AI-powered engine that expedited scheduling and two-way communication between restaurants and pop-up locations.
