Product Manager and UX Lead

Wells Fargo Bank
  • Created the product vision, strategy, and prototype testing for modernizing the legacy applications for branch tellers across all 6,000 branches.
  • Developed three new tablet apps for branch team members critical to operation and servicing, including vault manager, stage director, and manager view apps.
  • Collaborated with executive leadership to lead a large company-wide effort to consolidate the servicing and processing of deceased customer claims. Helped set up the Estate Care Center, a new department that merged 13 lines of business into one.

  • Led a team of product and visual designers in an agile development effort to redesign and upgrade the online banking platform running Fiserv.
  • Developed the overall information architecture and UI strategy for the new online banking site on web and mobile.
  • Coordinated with the executive team and engineering to build and launch a new application on time and within budget.

Wells Fargo process 250,000 to 500,000 deceased customer claims. The program was set up to consolidate the various lines of businesses currently supporting claims into a single group while standing and staffing a new department.

Web and Mobile App for Realtors

Led the product strategy and UX for an AI-driven real estate CRM web app for ZipRealty to help realtors manage their leads, listings, and overall business.

ZipRealty developed the first-of-its-kind app exclusively for realtors called ZAP. I worked on the initial product strategy for building a holistic, smart dashboard focused on realtors managing their day-to-day business.
