Project History

Dropbox Family

https://experience.dropbox.com/lp/plus-family

Led the GTM efforts to bring the Dropbox Family plan to market.

Dropbox Family keeps your family’s digital lives safe and organized. Up to six members can easily access shared content and their own private accounts—all for less than the price of two Plus plans.

In addition to defining the requirements and features, identifying key risks, and working across the organization to champion the initiative, I partnered with data science to build an exclusion model to minimize cannibalization risk during initial GTM experimentation and ensure the launch would be revenue positive. I also personally led the mobile expansion squad of nine engineers and two designers to build the mobile-specific capabilities
