Project History

Secure Texting App for Healthcare

Launched a healthcare app in a record time for the company's initial public offering (IPO).

Cortext is a multi-tenant enterprise-grade mobile app for healthcare, which I launched from scratch and which immediately presented itself as a key competitor to existing mature solutions. I trained the global product development team on Agile working methods and launched the app in the tech preview stage with 200 hospitals within nine months.

Citrix Global Innovation Program

Established the Innovation Center of Excellence at Citrix, based on the Lean Startup framework, customer development, and design thinking principles, mentoring teams to launch four new revenue-generating products.

Citrix had a big hairy audacious goal (BHAG) for its employees to start 20 new businesses, inside or outside the company. To accomplish this goal, we needed to educate employees on entrepreneurial thinking and working methods and establish an innovation framework to bring ideas to life.

I worked with product managers on my team and across the company to develop a framework with various programs and workshops and implement this framework on all sites globally. Two of the products crossed the $1 million ARR within a few years.

NPS and DAU Increase for SaaS Products

Transformed several key offerings from a technology and user experience standpoint, leading to increased customer satisfaction and active use, as evidenced by the increase in both NPS and active use.

ShareFile, Podio, and RightSignature are three SaaS products in the Citrix portfolio. NPS and active use correlate with churning and revenue, so we had to ensure that both meet industry benchmarks for positive impact.

To increase the NPS, we reviewed top themes from detractors and neutrals, prioritized based on the roadmap, and revamped key workflows in the app, increasing successful completion rates from 60% to 80%.

To enhance active use, we improved the DAU/MAU ratio to around 45%-55% to improve and ensure stickiness. This result was achieved by implementing in-app guides for key features and app gamification to help increase mastery.
