Pricing Platform for Semiconductors

Led the design and development of a SaaS platform to predict prices of semiconductor components allowing customers to make better purchase decisions.

This product was a data-oriented application gathering information from multiple sources to predict and project prices for semiconductor components. I interacted with the data science team to refine the pricing algorithms and with the design team to build high-quality interfaces for data visualization. I worked with the development team to develop and deploy the software and partnered with the product marketing team to create a launch plan.

Partner Portal

Managed the design and development of Westcon's Partner Portal, a web application providing multiple services to resellers.

Synnex Westcon Comstor is one of the leading technology distributors worldwide. I managed the implementation of their Partner Portal in Latin America, a web application with a customer-friendly interface to check inventory, create quotes, track order status, and claim commissions. I owned the product from inception to delivery, driving it during its entire lifecycle.

Track-It

Oversaw the design and implementation of a customer-facing tool to track order status and predict delivery times.

The Track-It tool consolidated data from multiple sources to allow customers to track their order status. After gathering data from vendors, freight forwarders, and customs agents, we used machine learning algorithms to predict delivery times with 96% accuracy.
