UCAS Hub is a personalized experience to guide students looking to move on from school or college. It takes the daunting task of looking at huge amounts of options and guides you through a process based on who you are and what people like you had done before.

It transformed a tired and dated website into a vibrant experience that drove hundreds of thousands of students into the UCAS platform earlier than ever before with world-class data tools and communities of people to learn from.

The UCAS CEO called the service "game-changing."

Postgraduate Admissions Data Platform

Led the team to deliver a unique data solution for postgraduate universities that completely changed the way they make strategic decisions. Gave a view into the market they had never had before to benchmark and spot opportunities.

Postgraduate universities do all their recruitment themselves, yet there is no central source platform like the one undergraduate universities have. Since universities opened, the only insight they get comes from within the institution or potentially from colleagues from other institutions. All the decisions are made in the dark or based on someone's gut feeling.

I led a team of developers and data scientists through vision, business case, and delivery to create a platform that all universities can put their data into and use this to create a picture of the entire known sector.

This opened up new markets of students and had huge cost-saving benefits for many of the universities involved.

Harley-Davidson Marketing Solution

Enabled Harley-Davidson to control the way their brand is portrayed in worldwide franchise dealerships. It helped the centralized marketing team push messages worldwide and saved over £1 million per year in advertising revenue.

Harley-Davidson's platform Morillian consists of two platforms, a website and a database.

The templated website allows all dealerships to get a personalized site up and running in minutes. It ensures that the head office knows that their brand is being used correctly but also allows the rollout of campaigns worldwide.

The database hosts centralized approved artwork that is fully customizable in over ten languages. Dealerships can easily customize and use the designs for digital or print.
