Amazon EU
- Led the delivery of a portfolio of 30 projects and products in the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) central team, designed to improve workforce efficiency across 800 internal users.

- Drove the implementation of Inventory Control Portal (ICP), a new seller-facing tool for reducing slow-moving inventory.
- Spearheaded the expansion of the hazmat, hazardous materials, category by launching a new product validation tool, delivering 80% growth of the SKUs offered versus the previous year.

I led the implementation of a roadmap of 30 projects and products that achieved 17% productivity improvement in 2020.
The main productivity gains were obtained thanks to:
• The launch of a tool that automated the deals validation.
• The implementation of a ticketing system that enabled the outsourcing of manual and repetitive tasks to an oversea team.
Inventory Control Portal–Amazon Seller Central
Led the discovery and definition of the requirements for the Inventory Control Portal, a tool embedded in the Amazon Seller Portal that enables all the EU Amazon sellers to plan their stock level more efficiently.
Launch of Fulfilled by Lazada
Thanks to Fulfilled by Lazada, more than 130 sellers were able to access a state-of-the-art logistic network able to provide next-day delivery in Malaysia.
