By understanding how newer investors think about their financial planning and how they want to interact with their advisors, my team and I uncovered insights to guide the client's growth trajectory. They were since named WealthTech100 for 2020 by Fintech Global.
College Student Recruitment Experience Modernization
Managed updates to web and mobile apps for StriveScan, a digital leader in prospective student recruitment events.
I led the design and development of Visits that was added to the existing Fairs platform. StriveScan replaced contact cards and manual sign-in forms with QR codes and a rapid student registration process at these events. Recruiters are empowered with streamlined reporting and record management capabilities. StriveScan has now been used in over 30 countries and continues to grow.
Building a More Satisfying CRM
Re-imagined the customer service representative experience for an HR services leader.
My team and I uncovered the actual pain points of the userbase, most of which were not reflected in survey feedback. We helped restructure the survey to be more useful and then redesigned the CRM experience, resulting in much higher satisfaction.
