XPS is an intelligent chatbot that provides recommendations to customers based on their search query. In the first beta release, XPS was launched with The North Face, allowing users to find winter best winter jackets for a specific location and activity. 1-800-Flowers.com used XPS as part of their cross-brand strategy to upsell customers across brands and streamline a fragmented customer experience.
