Project History
M&S On-Demand Grocery Delivery
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-39743611Led the design and development of a new on-demand grocery proposition in the UK market, attaining national press coverage.
It was a sensitive project due to the press' focus on the retailer's growth prospects, where decisions we made had a potential impact on the company's share price.
Through weekly user research, ethnography, and user testing, we built and iterated a complete product in 11 weeks. This included the digital product, supply chain and logistics, and integration with third parties such as our courier and payments services.
Feedback from early adopters was overwhelmingly positive.
