Led the product management team through a strategic replatforming focused on site speed and scalability, enabling Niche.com to dominate the education research market.

In 2014, Niche.com was a struggling, small-scale player in the education research market. During my tenure as the leader of the product management group, we crafted and delivered on a product strategy that focused on increasing site speed and scalability, and we solidified our status as the market leader in that category. We increased traffic by more than 300% with the bulk of the gains coming from organic search.

Lark Adventurewear is a startup for high-tech children's clothing. In a one-week engagement, I ran a user study, a competitive assessment, and a site analytics audit to identify areas of opportunity for the brand. Based on those insights, the client was able to quickly improve the brand perception, conversion rate, and average order value.
