This project involved developing a native mobile application for a flagship conference attended by delegates from 24 countries. As IT product manager lead, I managed a team of 40, including software engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers, to ensure seamless delivery.

The app featured a highly integrated digital experience, complementing the physical event and streamlining conference participation for the attendees. I coordinated with multiple teams to refine the product roadmap and align the development process with key outcomes. The app achieved a 90% adoption rate among conference attendees and significantly contributed to the conference’s overall success, reflected in a net promoter score (NPS) of 9/10.

I co-led the customization of a CRM system for managing global relationships, ensuring the long-term value of each engagement.

This project aimed to provide a comprehensive online resource for caregivers, offering a clear and streamlined process for accessing essential services. My role was to lead the development and release of the latest version of the portal, which became a vital tool for caregivers seeking support. The portal aimed to simplify the caregiving journey by guiding users to the right services and resources. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the platform was intuitive and user-friendly, increasing user engagement and positive feedback from caregivers. This resource now serves as a key first step for individuals seeking help, supporting thousands of users in making informed decisions about caregiving needs.

As a business analyst for the digital transformation of a telecommunications partner’s field operations, I played a crucial role in defining business requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the successful design of a field force solution. This solution enhanced task management, tracking, and workforce deployment.

My involvement also extended to the change management process, where I trained users on the new system to facilitate a smooth transition and adoption. I led the project management office (PMO) efforts, establishing resource management processes for over 70 technology resources, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, and supporting overall project execution. My work in business analysis and user training contributed to improving the company’s operational outcomes.
