Repoze is an HR solution that supports job seekers and companies to find each other through reasonable hiring processes oriented by anonymity and humility assessments, aiming to find the best culture fit between employers and employees.

As a product manager, I led the project implementation since its discovery phase, going through backlog grooming, prioritization, roadmap definition, and day-to-day agile ceremonies with the dev team, composed of eight analysts spread across seven different countries.

Site Divestment

Coordinated the transition of infrastructure IT environment to buyer, developed migration processes, and led change management; executed this project in Norway, Canada, Colombia, and Itay

Divestment projects take place when the company sells its assets. It requires a complete technical transition of IT hardware and software, including training new support teams, designing migration procedures, leading change management to avoid user impact, and a very comprehensive infrastructure design to accommodate assets in a cloud hosting solution.

Norway and Italy divestments also required data migrations from other hub sites which implies creating strategies in compliance with data privacy regulations from each country.

SMART is a security configuration enforcement tool that enables standardization of an IT infrastructure environment through Puppet (back end) and vRealize Automation forms (front end). A user can set up and deploy their device's desired state configuration through a self-service portal. When required, the solution also enforces governance of changes through endorsement workflows.

Served as the project's technical lead in the automation and standardization of the Windows Server build process's automation and standardization, reducing the build time from one day to 30 minutes.

I designed the process using BAO orchestration and VMWare templates, enforcing OS configuration using Puppet. We automated the process from end to end, enabling self-service to customers. I also designed the data documentation for each new server built and used ITSM to store information.
