Repoze is an HR solution that supports job seekers and companies to find each other through reasonable hiring processes oriented by anonymity and humility assessments, aiming to find the best culture fit between employers and employees.

As a product manager, I led the project implementation since its discovery phase, going through backlog grooming, prioritization, roadmap definition, and day-to-day agile ceremonies with the dev team, composed of eight analysts spread across seven different countries.

Divestment projects take place when the company sells its assets. It requires a complete technical transition of IT hardware and software, including training new support teams, designing migration procedures, leading change management to avoid user impact, and a very comprehensive infrastructure design to accommodate assets in a cloud hosting solution.

Norway and Italy divestments also required data migrations from other hub sites which implies creating strategies in compliance with data privacy regulations from each country.

SennecaDX is a comprehensive portal designed to streamline the distribution and administration of COVID-19 vaccines. As a product manager, I oversaw the project from initial discovery to implementation, including backlog grooming, prioritization, roadmap definition, and daily agile ceremonies with a development team. This project involved close coordination with healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and efficiency in vaccine rollout.

I successfully delivered Stoplyte, a real estate platform designed to bridge the gap between buyers and sellers, making off-market opportunities more accessible.

In just 30 days, we built and launched a seamless web-based solution that empowers homeowners to indicate their selling intent (red: not for sale, yellow: might sell, and green: ready to sell) while buyers can explore hidden opportunities beyond traditional listings.

Songchain provides a sophisticated platform for managing and tracking royalty shares in the media entertainment sector. I led the project from inception, handling everything from defining the product roadmap to day-to-day agile management with a team of developers. This platform enables artists and rights holders to manage their revenue streams efficiently and provides transparency in royalty distribution.

Fixy is an advanced project management tool designed to enhance task and team management across various projects. As the product lead, I managed the project lifecycle from discovery to execution, including backlog grooming, roadmap creation, and daily agile ceremonies. This tool facilitates efficient project tracking and collaboration, enhancing productivity and workflow management.

BetchaBets is an innovative betting app that introduces a social and approachable way to engage in friendly bets. I led the project as a product manager, overseeing the end-to-end process, including backlog prioritization, roadmap development, and daily agile meetings. The app aims to provide a user-friendly experience while ensuring secure and responsible betting practices.

Toptick is a platform designed to facilitate real estate transactions and bidding processes. As a product lead, I was responsible for guiding the project through its discovery and development phases, including backlog grooming, roadmap definition, and coordinating daily agile ceremonies. The platform aims to streamline real estate transactions and provide a competitive edge in property bidding.

SMART is a security configuration enforcement tool that enables standardization of an IT infrastructure environment through Puppet (back end) and vRealize Automation forms (front end). A user can set up and deploy their device's desired state configuration through a self-service portal. When required, the solution also enforces governance of changes through endorsement workflows.

Tools and technologies used: Puppet, vRA (VMWare), MuleSoft, SQL Server

I designed the process using BAO orchestration and VMWare templates, enforcing OS configuration using Puppet. We automated the process from end to end, enabling self-service to customers. I also designed the data documentation for each new server built and used ITSM to store information.

I successfully delivered Peodia, a groundbreaking media platform that allows top brands to host virtual press conferences, engaging audiences in a dynamic, interactive way. In just 15 days, we designed, developed, and deployed a web-based solution that provides a seamless experience for brands to showcase announcements, launch products, and interact with the press—all in a digital-first environment.
