- Led a 12-person Agile team building the credit cards product from scratch. Required integration with an external payment processor, credit and risk engine, and fulfillment provider.
- Led evolution of our support products (in-app chat, self-serve support) and feedback tools (customer satisfaction, NPS), with clear results in app store ratings (from 2.7 to 4.2) and increased customer feedback (+ 200% monthly suggestions).

I led the team that developed the website, set the product vision, objectives, stakeholder requirements, and content and analytics strategy.
App Store Rating Prompt for Active Users of Digital Bank App

To maximize customer feedback and improve app store ratings, a low friction high-impact solution was needed.
I led the team that developed a holistic solution that captured positive and negative feedback with a high success rate (50% of users gave their input). The solution consisted of a prompt that appeared to active users, which asked them about their experience with the app, led them to rate the app in the stores and leave feedback, all through the same native modal, in an integrated fluid experience.
The solution was successful since it improved store ratings from 2.7 to 4.2 and increased monthly suggestions by 200%.
Cashback Loyalty App
Designed a mobile wallet (iOS and Android), through which users could discover cashback deals, redeem prizes, and make payments. (4.1 rating in stores).
The app let users discover cashback deals through a customized list related to their preferences or through a map based on their location.
They could also redeem prizes and see their loyalty level with their favorite stores.
Finally, they could make payments through the app with their cashback.
