Boston Tea Campaign is the largest US Darjeeling tea seller. I was brought on to increase the store's sales and SEO. I would regularly meet with the store owner to align on their goals for the site. The first focus was understanding a customer's journey through the site and where customers were dropping off. Then the product and checkout pages were optimized to reduce bounces. Afterward, the site's SEO and product pages were optimized to rank. The store saw significant revenue from the changes made and continues to grow year over year.
