I conceptualized, designed, and launched the feature within six months. I created the go-to-market plan to achieve mass user adoption—over 50% of our users have used this feature.
The feature boasts a telephone level quality of voice and delay using SIP.
I also managed partnerships with telecoms to allow paid users with a real phone number on their MSN Messenger app.
