I provided guidance in Scrum and Kanban to move all data from existing legacy systems into the new one and deploy the templates for raw materials, formulation, packs, print, and trade. I used template validation, data assessment, data cleansing, build migration capabilities, data freeze, and data migration approaches to have a global single source of truth and rapid traceability across the full product portfolio. I also performed data mapping activities as part of the traceability global program for Mars, a manufacturing and retail company.

As part of the Temenos CoE team, I understood business needs related to credit cards and defined the most efficient solution for T24 retail banking customers, deposits, Triple A+, Temenos Payments Hub, and loans. We implemented the internal REST API and designed the request and response.

I also identified integrations with the core banking solution, mobile app, and contact center platform. I gathered and elicited debit and credit card requirements using agile frameworks, tools, and techniques. I analyzed the scope of features in the cards management system, documenting requirements as user stories in the Jira product backlog and maintaining a healthy and comprehensive backlog for MVPs 1 and 2.

This project covered 3D Secure, embossing, fraud and dispute lifecycle reporting to schemes, fee collections (ATM fees, fee parameters, and real-time fee communication), recurring payments, and payments management input or output clearing and settlement. I handled the product definition for Mastercard, BIN usage account onboarding, card expiry, CID tokenization functionality, card management and activation, PIN management through ATMs, web, mobile, and back office, and loan disbursement and installments.

I handled communication design using Sqoop, NDM, and SFTP and adhered to compliance processes, risk management, and activities associated with the banking industry. I also created the regional functional requirements document covering all data quality rules from local teams to deliver advanced data-driven solutions.

Additionally, I coordinated global meetings to monitor projects, following data assessment and ingestion with HDFS, MySQL, and Hive and data profiling for each input feed. I wrote code with Python, Spark, and Scala, implementing automated controls in data assessment. I also developed strong master data management, governance, quality, analysis, and modeling, including metadata management through Datameer and MicroStrategy apps in levels 1, 2, 4, and 5 data.

As the product owner, I also performed continuous data delivery to BI areas with tools like Hadoop, Hue, Hive, Impala, Apache Pig, Platfora, and HDFS. I handled data landing zones, data enrichment, ETL, data quality, staging area, and input files like DAT, TRG, JSON, and TXT. I led cross-functional teams through software development, implementation, and data migration, extraction, and reconciliation using Hadoop, Sqoop, Python, Spark, R, and relational databases.

As a senior product owner at Bankaool, I led a major initiative to enhance our internet banking platform to improve user experience and operational efficiency. This project involved redesigning the user interface, optimizing back-end processes, and integrating new security features to ensure safer transactions. My role encompassed overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to coordinating with cross-functional teams to successful deployment and post-launch support. This initiative significantly increased platform stability and customer satisfaction while reducing the average transaction time and operational costs.

At Bankaool, I spearheaded the credit card system upgrade project, transitioning from band versions to chip versions. This involved extensive coordination with Mastercard and Prosa, as well as internal IT teams. My role included developing and executing the project plan, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. I also oversaw the UAT, PV1, and PV2 testing phases, utilizing the quality center for test case management. This upgrade significantly enhanced security and user experience for Bankaool's customers.
