Project History

Retailer Platform

Worked with our design and operations team to develop a modular platform called Birdseye that Volvo Cars retailers could use to manage various booking types and assets.

Birdseye was originally developed to manage Volvo Cars Pick-up & Delivery Service bookings. Feedback from retailers was overwhelmingly positive on the system's usability, so my team and I began to expand it for additional services. After analyzing what would benefit our customers and retailers, I led the development of additional services like loaner car management, extended test drives, mobile service, new car delivery, and other convenience options.

Initially launched in the US, Birdseye is currently live in over 12 countries spread across North America, EMEA, APEC, and LATAM. Since then, the design language has become the standard for all internal or retailer systems developed at Volvo Cars.

DomiNations

Led all publishing efforts for Nexon's most successful mobile product, DomiNations.

DomiNations is one of Nexon's most successful mobile products for still life worldwide. I worked closely with the developer to manage the development timeline, plans for live operations, marketing plans, and partnerships with Apple and Google. The game launched in 2015 and quickly landed in the top-25 spot on the App Store and Google Play Store grossing charts.

My Town 2

Increased revenue for My Town 2 game by 10x and got it back in the top 100 grossing charts for the App Store and Google Play.

When I joined the mobile gaming studio Booyah, I was tasked with taking over a legacy product called My Town 2. The game had been live for a few years, and growth and revenue were declining for this once very successful product.

I analyzed where players were dropping off and their spending patterns. With this information, I developed a plan to retune the economy, introduce new features, and a pipeline for new content. The plan had an almost immediate effect, and the game once again became the top revenue generator for the studio.
