Sales Process Optimization - Salesforce

As a business analyst, Juan's role involved consolidating the clients' sales processes for different BUs and understanding their whole technology stack, including Salesforce CRM. He worked on redesigning the sales reps' experience by designing a new app based on both Salesforce's standard and custom components. He was in charge of translating business requirements into functional user stories implemented by an interdisciplinary team of UX designers and Salesforce developers.
