  • Led from start to launch a new API-first product augmenting plain text SMS messages with unique mobile landing pages for each recipient. Found sustainable revenue streams across the new business resulting in an average of 53% MoM growth.
  • Managed the development and customer trials for an SMS chatbot system powered by serverless architecture (Amazon Lambda) and natural language processing algorithms (Amazon Lex).
  • Drove the discovery process for new product ideas and reported findings to the executive leadership team (ELT). Introduced changes to the product roadmap such as account automation, custom messaging workflows, and mobile landing pages.
  • Prepared and ran learning and development (L&D) sessions across our five global offices. Focused on building connectivity and developing new capabilities for our diverse sales team, marketers, support technicians, and customer experience staff.

  • Managed the product development life cycle of mobile apps and cloud infrastructure using post-quantum cryptography deployed on AWS and with iOS and Android clients.
  • Spearheaded a working group with the leadership team to define and articulate the company’s 6-month strategy plan. We then featured in Gartner’s Cool Vendor list 2017.
  • Conducted market research and competitor analysis around blockchain, quantum computer security, IOT, mobile messaging, cloud file storage, and identity management.

Mobile Landing Pages is an extension of SMS messages which offer greater customer engagement. With web links unique to each recipient and sent via SMS, it's easy to track conversion and engagement. No web developers or expensive hosting required. Beautiful templates are immediately available and designed to convert and measure every interaction. As the product manager for this new product, I led the development from the start and worked with a cross-functional team to get this product successfully launched into the market.
