Project History

FunPlus HR System Implementation

Implemented the Workday and PeopleSoft systems for the company.

First, we selected Workday as our HR system and implemented core HR functions, business processes, and performance modules. After a year of using Workday, we switched to PeopleSoft, where we implemented core HR functions, workflows, payroll, and the employee self-service portal.

MOMO HR System Implementation

Analyzed HR business requirements, coordinated the technical team's resources, and built the company's HR information system from zero to one to improve the online and mobile efficiency of HR business processes.

I established the HR master data system by first defining data sorting rules and converting a large amount of offline historical data into standard system data. After launching the system, I formulated data importing rules for different scenarios to ensure data accuracy. Finally, I established the HR system as the main platform providing data support for the company's other information systems.

Additionally, I worked on the online process for shared service centers (SSC). I sorted, optimized, and standardized the company's existing HR SSC business processes and provided highly flexible and configurable solutions. Next, I implemented the workflows online, including processes for hiring, onboarding, probationary, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, contract renewals, and resignations.

I also implemented the payroll system, significantly reducing manual operations in the salary calculation process. Finally, I built a highly flexible and configurable HR portal for PC and mobile app users to support common operations such as addressing queries on personal information, payroll, policy, certificate applications, and process management.

Sina PeopleSoft System Implementation

Managed the design, build, and optimization of the HR system for Sina, implementing new innovative modules for HR business processes and participating in the overall system planning and construction.

I implemented HR business processes, including hiring, onboarding, probations, transfers, contract renewals, salary adjustments, promotions, and resignations. This was supported by the implementation of an email approval system.

I also built a mobile portal for queries on employee personal information, payroll, certificate applications, and process management. Then, I created a headcount management system and applied it to various HR business processes, including hiring, transfers, and resignations.

Next, I reimplemented and applied the applicant tracking system with the HR system for resume sorting, interview processes, generating evaluation forms, and integration with the hiring process. Finally, I designed and implemented a stock module, covering the process for restricted-stock-unit or option granting and vesting, gathering and calculating stock prices, and calculating employee total package. This module is also integrated with the hiring, promotion, and salary adjustment processes.
