Employee Engagement Surveys and Analytics

https://www.betterworks.com/product/engage-overview/

Led a product team to build the engagement surveys for companies with 500-50,000 employees and a customer success team to create the resources for education and adaption of the customers.

Hyphen is a 360-degree employee engagement platform designed for the millennial workforce. The employees can give feedback at any time, while the HRs and management get instant insights into the top issues, people at risk, and recommendations to improve the overall company sentiment.

As a product manager, my role was to collaborate with the company's leadership, sales, marketing, and customer success departments to develop a roadmap with clear priorities for implementing the new features, delivering to tech, planning launches, and getting the post-launch feedback and cycle repeats.

Additionally, I had to ensure that the team was building to scale efficiently and removing tech's flaws to satisfy our customers. I worked with over 30 customers to create a scalable playbook.

IoT Fault Detection Visualizations

Managed the development of a fault prediction platform and online solution for Flutura.

Oversaw the concept and team to prototype and design Flutura's flagship IoT platform Cerebra, a fault prediction module playing an essential role in securing funds for Flutura.

Conceptualized MarketWatch, an innovative online solution for the retail energy providers that alerts about competition's price changes in the market.

Voice of Customer

Oversaw the Voice of Customer application for a retail utility provider in Texas, USA, which helped reduce their customer churn.

It is a text analytics-based application running through customer calls and notes to find frequently occurring problems and potentially risky customers. It represents a powerful tool to improve customer satisfaction and retention for retail energy providers.

MarketWatch for Retail Utilities

Led the design and development of an innovative MarketWatch application that helped our customer become one of Texas's fastest-growing retail utility companies.

The web application actively scrapes the internet for changes in energy prices and alerts the retail energy providers via email and SMS in real-time. The dashboards show competitor trends and price change patterns in real-time and across periods.
