Kantan is a home services platform that gives tradespeople valuable tools that digitize their workflow and help them better serve their customers. I managed the first release of the platform serving ten tradespeople and 500 residents. The build-out took only eight weeks in total—a 2-week design sprint followed by a 6-week development sprint, including the hiring of a freelance design and engineering team. We built three different interfaces for each key user—tradespeople, residents, and customer support staff.

Hardware Tracker for Construction Machinery

Built a fully working hardware prototype in ten weeks to monitor construction machinery.

MachineMax is the "Fitbit for construction machinery." It uses a hardware device to measure the location and usage of heavy machinery and gives recommendations for how construction projects can better utilize their fleets and reduce their fuel costs. I helped launch this project and worked on developing the first hardware prototype and the measuring algorithm. I also led the brand development and launched the first marketing campaign to acquire beta testers.

SaaS Agritech Product Using Computer Vision

Built and launched an agritech platform in four markets in under six months.

AtFarm makes precision farming simple for farmers using satellite imaging and Computer Vision to help farmers monitor their crop growth and generate fertilization plans. My initial role was running customer research for product definition and development. This later evolved into running the go-to-market strategy and launching this product in France, Germany, the UK, and Argentina in four months. I also set up the customer support infrastructure to provide assistance in each language.
