I established an environment strategy supporting the parallel development of 10 Scrum teams deploying to two production environments. This included organizing 18 environments through a highly efficient deployment pipeline automated by Copado. Quality gates were established throughout every critical step, including compliance, static code analysis, and automated testing. Monitoring, backup, and recovery processes were also set to ensure quick resolution from critical events. This new system allowed over a hundred employees and contractors to develop in parallel with speed, security, and quality.

Salesforce Integration for an Independent Contractors Management System

Pioneered the development of the first Salesforce API within an independent contractors management system, automating service dispatch based on SLA conditions and enhancing case management with real-time updates.

The company I performed this project for offers a system to manage independent contractors. It supports the automation of external workforce engagement, payment, and management processes. With features like labor resource management, compliance tools, and analytics, businesses can streamline operations, enhance scalability, and maintain compliance. The introduction of the Salesforce API allows these businesses to manage complex processes within Salesforce, reducing swivel chair activity and significantly improving SLAs and the overall customer experience.
