An eCommerce company was experiencing significant issues with its inventory management system, leading to frequent stockouts, excess inventory, and missed sales opportunities. To resolve these issues, I was tasked with improving the system by gathering requirements, mapping processes, analyzing data, and evaluating technology options to implement an effective solution.
I mapped the end-to-end inventory management process to highlight bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Analyzing the historical sales data, seasonality, and lead times revealed patterns and helped accurately forecast demand and evaluate inventory management software options. I considered scalability, integration, cost, support, and training. Then, I integrated RFID tags for real-time inventory tracking, reducing manual errors and improving stock accuracy.

Implementing the automated reorder system and real-time inventory tracking revolutionized how we managed inventory. The system's ability to forecast demand and automatically place orders ensured optimal stock levels, minimized stockouts, and reduced excess inventory by 20%—saving us considerable money and boosting our overall profitability.

A manufacturing company struggled with high error rates in its order fulfillment process, increasing operational costs. I was tasked with leading an Agile team to improve the process by mapping current workflows, performing gap analyses, analyzing process data, and leveraging Lean Six Sigma principles to identify and eliminate waste.

We significantly improved efficiency and accuracy through Kaizen events, cross-functional team collaboration, implementation of visual management tools, a new order management system, and a warehouse layout redesign.

Our project was about making it easier for customers of a large restaurant chain to access the menu through the loyalty app they were already using. We wanted to give them the ability to browse, customize, and place orders directly from the app, making their dining experience smoother and more enjoyable.

As the primary product owner and the business analyst on this project, I was deeply involved in understanding what everyone needed—from restaurant managers and marketing teams to IT staff and customers. I mapped out the current processes, identified pain points, and collaborated with various stakeholders to ensure everything was right.

I also served as the scrum master, facilitating ceremonies and events like backlog refinement sessions, sprint planning, daily standup meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.

It was a team effort to bring this vision to life, and I was there to guide and coordinate each step to ensure the integration's success.

I conducted requirements-gathering sessions with key stakeholders and created detailed project plans using Jira. I also prioritized tasks using the Eisenhower Matrix. Due to handling multiple projects with different deadlines, I delegated tasks to my team members based on their strengths and availability. I facilitated regular sprint events and ceremonies to review progress. We successfully implemented the EHR system on schedule and ensured accurate and timely reporting of patient outcomes.

Consumers have expressed concerns regarding the video quality of a major streaming service (name withheld), noting that it is inferior to its competitors. Many subscribers report that despite selecting plans advertised to provide HD content, they are unable to access it as expected. Additionally, technical issues such as buffering and delays in loading content across devices are prevalent. As customers expect streaming quality that matches the service they are paying for, these issues contribute to dissatisfaction and impact customer retention.

Users and players with disabilities reported navigation and usability issues on the platform. Non-compliance with the ADA threatened user satisfaction and legal standing.
