By addressing critical points in the onboarding process, I helped reduce drop-off rates by 4.31% and 5.28% in different flow stages. These optimizations saved significant resources and improved the user experience by streamlining the process. I also introduced additional automation outside the original scope, further minimizing manual effort and cutting operational costs. This optimization increased staff availability for higher-priority resources, improving activation time and quality.

Screening Insights for Client Conversion in a Freelancing Marketplace

Led the design of an enhanced screening insights feature, resulting in a 6% increase in interview scheduling and a 7% rise in hire conversions for clients who viewed the insights compared to a control group.

In a freelancing marketplace where clients need to trust talent before interviews, we identified a drop-off after sending talent profiles for review. To address this, I led the redesign of a screening insights feature, providing clients with a clear view of talent evaluations through a carousel of key insights and a revamped talent-specific insights panel.
