Compensa is the brand used in Lithuania by the Vienna Insurance Group. The company did not proactively invest in direct digital sales channels. By convincing stakeholders to green-light the development of the company's first direct digital sales channel, I successfully launched a new sales channel, taking a chunk of the market for the company and reducing commission worker payouts by allowing consumers to self-service.

Opening Indirect Sales Channels in Digital Lending

IPF Digital is a digital lending company operating in nine markets. The company was mainly focusing on its own direct sales platforms. After presenting multiple business cases, I convinced my stakeholders to green-light API launches in four new markets and open broker sales channels, significantly increasing total sales.

As a young company, Compensa managed its indirect sales channels with close to no automation. That meant that only the smallest indirect resellers would consider partnering. By designing and launching a set of sales APIs, I enabled the company to partner with any broker or other indirect sale channel, skyrocketing consumer product sales.

Over the years, the company kept adding great features throughout the product suite but had not reviewed the pricing models, resulting in customers being charged the same no matter how heavy of a user they are. After creating multiple tiers for each product, I was able to heavily increase product revenue by only impacting the most serious users, resulting in a low churn rate.
